Whats up MMA-heads,  welcome the first installment of Cage-Core my blog dedicated to MMA and of course hardcore. My name is Matt Oliver i live in blue ridge Georgia so if you know of the place you know there's not much here. Just a little about me im 27 my world revolves around my daughter nola ( yes after the Almighty "DOWN") and i have trained MMA part time for going on 4 years. Anybody reading this around the atlanta area and are looking for a good camp to focus on your game there's not a HUGE selection but there is enough. One thing about gyms/camps i have noticed is people take the look of the place to serious. The new lighting and sound system are not what is training you. You want to make sure your trainer is experienced in what he is teaching you and just make sure you are comfortable. Its hard (for me anyway) to learn from somebody i want to punch in the face. Back to camps. Steve at Knuckle Up in Douglasville Georgia is my personal favorite the quality of the facility and training is top notch. I have trained there and there's just a lot of insane fighters there. Also you have Hard Knocks and there are smaller MMA classes popping up everywhere so if you look you will find one. More on the blog Gavin and i always bullshit about fights and MMA so there will be a lot of predictions and PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE SEND ME FEEDBACK if you think my picks are fucking stupid let me know! The next installment I will break down the UFC 114 card and the fighters history as well as my predictions as well as GB's. The core part. Every installment I'm gonna throw you some background music or a link so you can hear some fucking one punch knock out hardcore/metal/grindcore.
