Background story:
All songs written 95-97 except * written in 2001. We split in 1997 but later got back together and practiced for about a month with the sole purpose of recording what we remembered of our songs. After recording the tracks we split again before mixing them. Afterwards, it was mixed over a month by me and the engineer at Digisound. It was hectic, time and money consuming but was finally finished because after personally dumping $1000 into it i was taped and this is what was finalized. I would do a mix down, take it to all the individuals, get the pros and cons of the recording and go back a week later. i was never repaid for the fees but i am glad this recording exsists.
I feel the recording makes a Neurosis-Sleep-Greif-Melvins sounding live band seem like A Perfect Circle recording but through all of this i truely enjoyed my time in this band and the personal experience i gained from it.
We practiced twice a week for two years. Only played one show. And always had about 10-20 people cramed in a basement partying at full volume. It was almost like playing a house party twice a week instead of practice. I think my lungs are still paying for it. ah, memories....
ps. i tried to dig out some of the old reel-to-reel recordings to give an idea of the original doom oriented approach we held but over the years the reels have deteriorated. i think this is all i can provide of this project.

Back story:
These two releases were made for an experimental and psychedelic festival a friend of mine Russ Canon put together in Chattanooga in 2005. They were made to play over the PA while the bands were tearing down and setting up their gear for performance.
